Joint Martin MPO And St. Lucie TPO Boards

The Joint MPO/ TPO Board meetings grew out of the understanding that transportation issues extend past county lines and impact residents of both counties and the region as a whole. With this notion in mind, the MPO and TPO Boards hold joint meetings during the year.

As the Joint Martin MPO – St. Lucie TPO Policy Board, the MPO-TPO adopted the Regional Transit Development Plan (TDP) 2010-2019, and the 2035 Regional Long Range Transportation Plan.

In addition to the Members of the MPO Board, the Joint Policy Board consists of the Members of the St. Lucie TPO Board. The TPO Board consists of twelve voting members representing three local governments and two Ex-Officio (non-voting) members.
